Cortijo de Suerte Alta - EVOO Coupage - 500ml
Produced with olives from the estate's oldest olive grove, 100 years old. Trees planted using the traditional system with three characteristic Baena varieties: Picudo, Picual, and Hojiblanco.
The Picudo gives it a sweet entrance and aromas of leaves and green onions. The Picual gives it its characteristic mild bitterness due to its high level of natural antioxidants and aromas of tomato and green fig. The Hojiblanco gives it its characteristic spiciness in the mouth and throat and aromas of cut grass.
It's a complex oil; we like to compare it to a symphony. The natural blend of the three types of olives at the time of harvest gives this oil its distinctive aromas and nuances.
