Hi, I’m Anna Marie Adams, owner & founder of Hela Provisions. My extensive experience in the restaurant industry and my passion for specialty food, wine procurement, and supporting local businesses brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for my work to this new venture at Hela Provisions.

My background as the president and co-founder/owner of Old World Deli for 15 years demonstrates my dedication to the culinary world. Opening Hela Provisions in December 2022 is an exciting new chapter, where I can continue to celebrate my love for specialty foods, wine, and the art of creating memorable experiences for our customers.

The diverse range of offerings at Hela Provisions, including gift baskets, subscriptions, kits, events, catering, and sandwiches, reflects your commitment to providing a wide array of options for my customers. My emphasis on collaboration with local businesses, especially those led by women and individuals I've known over the years, highlights my community-oriented approach.
