With 30 years experience in every position in restaurants and the last 15 as president and co-founder/owner of Old World Deli, I am thrilled to apply that experience here at Hela Provisions. My new venture celebrates the aspects I love the most - specialty food & wine procurement, gift baskets, subscriptions, kits, events, etc. The new space came up serendipitously, as things do that are meant to be.  I’m looking forward to seeing how Hela Provisions evolves and becomes a thriving part of our amazing community!
