Pikasi - Pinela 2022 - 750 ml 12%

Pinela is a rare local variety from Vipava Valley, with only about 50 hectars cultivated currently. Pinela is a gentle grape offering elegant aromas of white peach, wild flowers and almonds. Pleasant creaminess and savory mouthwatering minerality linger on the palate.
Fresh and fruity when served cold, but reveals more layers and complexity closer to room temperature. Try it with scampi risotto, white fish, scallops, pasta with white wine sauce and sushi.
