Due to its quality and scarcity, this wine is considered a “cult wine”. The winery annually releases less than half of the litres of quota assigned to it by the Regulatory Council. It is not obtained by following preconceived volumes, but by tasting all the barrels one by one and distinguishing those that are fully selected from those that are partially selected. It is clarified by natural decanting in the barrel and goes directly to the bottle, after a soft cellulose filter, which helps it not to lose its natural aromas and flavors.

Its exceptional smoothness in the mouth and the subtlety of its natural alcohol content give it great finesse. The raisined grapes continue to clearly dominate, with hints of dried figs. All this concentration blends perfectly with the roasted notes of the wood, leaving a very pleasant, long-lasting and unforgettable experience in its long and endless aftertaste.
