The dry, bitter finish gives this vermouth its name, although we should not ignore its flowery aroma, its smoothness and its persistence on the palate. It lasts as long in the mouth as those magical moments that we want to relive in its company.
We have been making vermouth since 1937, maintaining our traditional formula which blends 24 different aromatic plants and herbs. In order to ensure a greater integration of their characteristics, we macerate them in the same barrels that we use to age our wines.

We have unfortunately suspended shipping refrigerated products, including Les Pres Sal Butter. We will be resuming shipping these products once the weather cools down, we have had a lot of complaints about melted butter despite our efforts to keep everything as cold as possible.
