A “kitchen sink” piquette consisting of Barmann Cellars Estate Fox grapes, Barmann Cellars Estate pears, Puget Sound AVA Siegerrebe, Puget Sound AVA Madeleine Angeline, and Yakima Valley AVA Marsanne. Spontaneously fermented and bottle-conditioned with local, raw honey. Unfined, unfiltered and no sulfites added at any point of production.
