Who said nothing good has ever come out of Jersey, certainly not us! This is 100% Chambourcin from the Outer Coastal Plain of New Jersey. 50% sees carbonic maceration. Fun textures and vibrant acid with notes of dark berries, fig, and a balsamic finish.
Molly and Eli Nadav-Silins relocated from Berkley, California in 2019 and revived Camuna Cellars, their kosher natural wine brand. This is the first natural domestic kosher wine (as far as I know). Camuna "works with nature to co-create interested fermented beverages that are good for the land, the body, and the soul." They experiment with grapes, apples, and honey. Their winery is located in North Philly.
