Domaine Victor Sornin - Beaujolais Villages Lantignie Blanc 2022 -750 ml 12%

Coming from a single vineyard called "les Monthieux' in Lantignie in the heart of Beaujolais. Frederic Sornin farms his land with natural and sustainable practices and fermentation progresses in a leisurely fashion with native yeats. Aged without oak to keep it very clean and fresh. Named after the winemaker’s son Victor, this is a special project from an already-established Organic winery based in Régnié-Durette that is run by Frédéric Sornin. The focus here is to make wines that are as natural as possible using the best grapes available. This 100% Chardonnay has interesting almond and candied Green apple aromas and comes through quite cheesy on the palate. Super easy to drink! FM
