This Rose Crush continues our Willamette Valley blends conversation in the form of rosé made from grapes that are later ripening (Dolcetto and Gamay noir which mean that we can harvest the fruit fully ripe while retaining the vibrant acidity. Aromatic fresh red fruit profiles that we get from both the Dolcetto and Gamay off of this sites volcanic soils that are enhanced by the vibrant acidity that this vineyard delivers, thanks in part to the cooling influence from the Van Duzer Corridor out to the Pacific Ocean . 12.5% ABV
