La Favorita is an old native vine of Langa and Roero and is well suited to poor soils, typically sandy. The DNA of the grape vine is the same as that of Vermentino from Sardinia and Liguria. Straw yellow wine, a fruity and floral bouquet singing out of the glass. In the gob it's full of white flower, banana. Fresh, soft and good balance. Aperitif or dinner wine it's well suited to either.
