Grapes: 90% Boushey Vineyard Grenache Blanc, Yakima Valley AVA, 10% Olsen Vineyard Roussanne, Yakima Valley AVA
ABV: 13.3%
Both varietals were harvested on September 28th and whole cluster pressed. The Grenache Blanc was fermented entirely in French oak, 20% of which was new. The Roussanne was fermented in a concrete egg. Fresh and light with notes of white peaches and lemon zest. Dry with a soft texture.
Wine Pairing Suggestion: This wine screams seafood! Scallops, spot prawns and oysters on the half shell.
