Alvear Pedro Ximénez Solera 1927 is the family's most iconic sweet Pedro Ximénez. A classic Solera aged Pedro Ximénez sweet wine from a Solera that was founded in the wine's eponymous year. The grapes, which are harvested green, are sun dried on straw mats for a week before being pressed in a traditional olive oil press. The incredibly sweet must decants in concrete tinajas, and are fortified up to 16% ABV.
