Fresh oranges are juiced by hand and added to a simmering kettle of figs. The result is the concentrated essence of figs with a burst of citrus - delicious! We inspect each orange by hand for quality. Our figs come from the pristine Dalmatian coast of Croatia, and other Mediterranean regions.
