Nunez de Prado Flor de Aceite (also known as 'Flower of the Oil') is a 100% organic extra virgin olive oil harvested from a single estate in Spain that has been producing since 1795.
The "Flower of the Oil" is collected right after the olives are crushed, before first cold-pressing. The result is an unfiltered oil with an even lower oleic acidity than 'extra virgin' and a stronger aroma and taste. It takes 11 kilos of olives to make 1 liter of this olive oil.
