"Rovente" is our Hot Giardiniera. "Rovente" in Italian means hot, burning or scorching. Like the "Original", it is also made of NINE different peppers (some hot, some sweet) along with other vegetables and spices but for this one we bring in many, many more hot peppers. This version isn't going to nudge you with a 6 out of 10 like the "Original" -- It gives you a scornful tap to your head, twists your senses like the cap on our jar, and leaves you swirling in a soothing whirl of heat—in the best way possible. 8/10 heat level.
