Very pale salmon-pink with a bright, clear appearance. The nose is fresh and delicate: strawberry, watermelon, and cantaloupe with a light floral lift. The palate is dry and light on its feet, with soft red berry fruit, gentle acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Wonderwerk Riviera 2025 is a dry rosé produced by Issamu Kamide and Andrew Lardy under their California natural wine label Wonderwerk. The third wine in the Italifornia range alongside Marinara and Al Fresco, it is made from responsibly farmed California grapes sourced from across the state and vinified at the Atelier des Savants Fous custom crush facility in Gilroy, Santa Clara County. Consistent with all Wonderwerk wines, Riviera 2025 is fermented with native yeasts and produced without fining or filtration. Wonderwerk Riviera 2025 is designed as a food-friendly, sessionable rosé with a light, cloud-like profile.
