Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo 

1 oz Verjus Rouge

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

1-2 Dashes All The Bitter Orange Bitters

Small Pinch of Salt

Garnish: Orange Peel Twist

Directions: 

1. Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice for 15 sec
2. Pour over a large ice cube in a Negroni Glass
3. Twist orange peel essence over the top of the glass, then drop the peel in as a garnish
