Ingredients:

1 oz Pathfinder 

3 oz Betty Buzz Ginger Beer

1 piece of Candied Ginger

1 Cocktail Cherry

Directions:

1. Pour Pathfinder and Ginger Beer over ice in your favorite rocks glass
2. Gently stab your ginger and cherry with a cocktail pick and place it in your drink, and enjoy! 

Walt is a true Pathfinder lover and he shared this recipe with us, he says its his favorite way to have it because the Pathfinder balances the sweetness of the ginger beer, and in turn the ginger beer balances the bitterness of the Pathfinder. He chooses to garnish with a cherry and a piece of ginger because of the black cherry notes in the pathfinder and the namesake ingredient of the ginger beer.
