Ingredients:
2 oz Gold Rum*, make it N/A with Drink Monday Rum!
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Raft Pineapple Tamarind Syrup
Directions:
- Place a nick and nora glass or a coupe into the freezer
- In a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, shake your rum, lime juice, and syrup until the outside of the shaker is cold and frosty to the touch.
- Strain into your frozen glass and enjoy!
*Any aged rum will work. I personally prefer the complex flavors of an aged rum so that's what I chose to use, but feel free to swap it out for whatever you like or already own, white rum would be delicious as well.
