Crab Bucatini Pasta

Ingredients:

1 package Bucatini

1 stick of unsalted butter

4 cloves of garlic, sliced

1 lemon, juiced

1/2 cup dry white wine

2 cups cooked, picked crab meat

1 cup grated parm

salt and pepper to taste 

chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta following instructions on the package.
  2. In a pan, saute garlic in butter over low heat.
  3. Once garlic is fragrant, add lemon juice and wine. turn up the heat and let this reduce until it is very flavorful and the wine has cooked off. 
  4. *Save some of your pasta water to add to your sauce*, add crab meat and salt and pepper to your sauce, stir in parm and slowly add pasta water until you're happy with the sauce texture. Taste and adjust seasoning, maybe add more cheese if it needs to be saltier and thicker. Add more water if it's too thick. Etc. 
  5. Add your cooked pasta, serve with grated parm and chopped parsley over top, and enjoy.
