Marinated Olives

Ingredients:

1 jar of Dequmana Gordal Olives 

1 tsp Le Ferre Lemon Infused Olive Oil

A Pinch of Fior di Maiella Altino Latino

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl gently mix together the whole jar of olives, with half of their juice, the olive oil, and seasoning (for best results we recommend sifting the altino latino over the top of the olives to avoid clumping)
  2. Serve in a bowl with charcuterie and tapas or try them in a dirty martini. These keep well in the fridge for multiple weeks in a sealed container
